Ordering

When you have looked through the gallery and found some designs you like, here is how to make an order.

I recommend that you order samples of designs which you are interested in to appreciate the detail and quality of my work. The sample provided will be an invitation and will allow you to see how the stationery will look in your chosen colour, if different to the colour on the site. You will also have the chance to see your personalised wording inside.

Please note that my work is entirely handmade and there may be slight variations between each individual piece.

Samples

Please complete the sample order form. Full payment is required prior to dispatch. The first sample is free, then £2 for each additional sample required. Maximum of 3 samples per order. A refund of the price of the samples will be given on any subsequent stationery order.

Stationery Orders

Please complete the order form from the site, or enclosed with your samples. Alternatively you can contact me via email joanna@joannamaylemm.co.uk or by telephone 0114 2746280 to discuss your requirements.

Please select wording and font, or supply your own wording if you prefer.

I will then send out proofs which will be fully personalised for your approval. Enclosed with the proof will be 2x copies of your wording and 2x copies of my terms & conditions, and an invoice for the 50% non refundable deposit.

Please check the proofs carefully ensuring that the spelling, dates, times etc are correct. Please note that proof reading is your responsibility, and I cannot be held responsible for any mistakes noticed after the proofs have been approved. If you notice any errors after you have returned the proofs to me, please contact me immediately. If I have not printed your inserts the mistake can be rectified, but after printing and assembling of your order, additional costs may be incurred in correcting the mistake, in some cases may mean re-making the entire order.

When you are happy please sign and date one copy of the proof and the terms & conditions and return them to me with the 50% deposit. If wishing to pay by Paypal or Nochex please tick the box on the order form and I will request payment from you on receipt of the proof.

When returning the proof, please supply me with a copy of any text to be included on your stationery, i.e. guest names to be printed onto invites etc. This should be a typed list to avoid errors and should be in a list form as you wish them to appear on the stationery. If it is more convenient this can be sent as a word document via email.

If you are ordering order of service, do not worry if your wording is not finalised until closer to your wedding date. I can hold on to any part of your order until you send me final details for printing. Please ensure that you gain copyright for any hymns or readings you are including on your order of service. Your minister will provide you with hymn and service wording. Please allow at least 6 weeks to ensure delivery.

Payment

I am able to accept payment by Paypal, Nochex & cheques.

Upon completion of you order a final invoice will be sent to you. No order will be dispatched until full payment has been received and any cheques have cleared.

Ordering Times

Please allow 6-8 weeks for completion of your order from the time I receive your approved proofs and deposit. Delivery time may be shorter at less busy times.

If you require your order to be processed in a shorter time, please let me know and I will try to accommodate this.
