Postage & Packing

I use Royal Mail & Parcel Force for delivery of orders. Delivery is charged at cost and depending on the size of the order will usually be in the range of £4-10. Total P&P costs will be calculated and added to your invoice. There is no postage charge for samples.

Please ensure that there will be someone available to accept delivery. It may therefore be more convenient to have your order delivered to your work address. Please let me know prior to posting.

Orders are carefully packed to withstand postage. Once the order has been dispatched I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. Please inform me if you require extra postal insurance. This will incur an extra charge.

Please contact me for postal prices to non-UK addresses.

Payment

I am able to accept payment by Paypal, Nochex,& cheque, made payable to Joanna Lemm.

A 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be required at the time of ordering.

Proof Reading

Proof reading is the responsibility of the client. Any mistakes requiring changes noticed after the proofs have been approved, may incur additional costs and time, or result in the item being made again from the beginning.

Cancellation & Refunds

Stationery items are personalised with your details. If you cancel the order once it it in production, you will be liable for the full cost of the order.

All stationery is fully printed and handmade to order and therefore I am unable to give a refund for unwanted stationery.

If there is a fault with the stationery please inform me so that I can come to an arrangement to exchange or refund.

Privacy

All personal details given to me in the course of ordering will be kept secure and I will not pass them on to anyone else.
